- Have credibility within the local building industry and a proven track record of commitment to sustainability in the built environment.
- Want to contribute to building and shaping the future of the District.
- Have a cross-disciplinary / sector network and desire to help the Hub build its reach across the region.
- Be willing to contribute to strategic long term planning and support the development of the Hub
